• Featured business subscriptions and local advertising opportunities.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You may not use another user's account without permission.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms.

4. Business Listings & Content

• Business owners and authorized representatives may submit or claim listings.
• All listing information must be accurate, truthful, and not misleading.
• You may not create duplicate listings for the same business location.
• We reserve the right to edit, remove, or decline any listing at our discretion.

5. Reviews & Ratings

• Reviews must reflect genuine personal experiences.
• You may not post fake reviews, defamatory content, or harassing language.
• Business owners may respond to reviews but may not manipulate or incentivize false reviews.
• We reserve the right to remove reviews that violate these guidelines.

6. Events, Jobs, & Food Trucks

• All event, job, and food truck submissions must be accurate and relevant to the Auburn-Opelika area.
• Prohibited content includes scams, illegal activities, and discriminatory postings.
• We may remove expired or inaccurate listings without notice.

7. Featured Listings & Advertising

• Paid featured listings and advertisements are subject to separate pricing and billing terms.
• All advertising content must comply with our content guidelines and applicable laws.
• Refunds for subscriptions and advertising are handled on a case-by-case basis.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use the Platform to:

• Violate any local, state, or federal law.
• Impersonate any person or entity.
• Distribute malware, spam, or unsolicited communications.
• Scrape, crawl, or collect data without our express written consent.
• Interfere with the security or availability of the Platform.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and materials on the Platform are owned by Auburn‑Opelika Connect or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without permission. You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant us a license to display and distribute it on the Platform.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties
